Dr. Jacob Michelsen Dip ACVS, Dip ECVS

Cruciate disease is the number one surgically treated condition in small animal orthopaedic practice. The evolution of surgical techniques has seen an immense change in the veterinary landscape in the last decade. Tibial plateau levelling osteotomy is well recognised as the gold standard procedure for all size dogs.

This two day course is the culmination of half a decade of procedural and educational refinement aimed at providing best practice updates to general practitioners to:
  • Refine their decision making
  • Enhance their ‘cruciate radar’
  • Gain exposure to TPLO and whether it is ‘right’ for their practice
  • Improve their TPLO technique
  • Get better outcomes for their patients
The course included a balance of theory, practical knowledge and cadaveric training to allow practitioners to offer the best to their clients.
